What people actually want to know
What do you collect when I ring up?
A first name, a phone number, the date, the tide and how many of you there are. That is written on the booking sheet and nowhere else.
Is there a player account or a game history?
There is neither, and there cannot be: no game exists outside the room, so there is nothing to record, no balance and no login.
Do you track me across the internet?
No advertising network runs on this site, there is no pixel and no profiling. We count visits in aggregate and that is the lot.
Who else sees it?
Our web host and our accountant, both bound to confidentiality, and nobody else unless the law obliges us.
What is kept and for how long
What you can ask us for
- A copy of whatever we hold about you, free of charge.
- Correction of anything wrong, out of date or misspelt.
- Deletion once we no longer have a reason to keep it.
- A complaint to us first, and to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if we handle it badly.
